Our Research

All our programmes are underpinned by a growing body of scientific and clinical research evidence that demonstrates regular Mindfulness practice can benefit at every age individuals’ emotional and mental wellbeing.

An integral component of our programmes is the formal process we have embedded in our proprietary learning platform to capture and evaluate pre- and post-programme knowledge, understanding and skills for everyone participating in Do-BeMindful. This research drives ongoing development of our programmes together with innovations in teaching methodology and pedagogy.

Here are some examples of the positive impacts and measurable outcomes from our programmes.

This case study provides key insights into the beneficial outcomes and positive impacts resulting from implementation of our Do-BeMindful Explorers Programme within a Primary School in SIMD 1/2 in Scotland.

Using Gibbs Reflective Cycle, staff from Millbrook Primary, one of our Welsh Ambassadors schools, reflected on the Do-BeMindful Resilience-based Recovery Programme.

“A thought provoking programme which encourages self-reflection and growth for teachers, as well as providing practical tools for use in the classroom.”

Teacher, Hallglen Primary School, Falkirk, Scotland

“The Do-BeMindful Foundation Programme helped me to feel calmer and take a bit of self-care when I wasn’t having any. I have realised that to be a better mum/wife/teacher I need to give time and space to myself and not just to those I care for.”

Teacher, Llanfoist Fawr Primary, Monmouthshire, Wales

“This programme is very well-structured and insightful. It has the power to change the way in which we see ourselves and the world around us and make sense of abstract concepts.”

Teacher, Llantilio Pertholey Primary School, Monmouthshire, Wales
