Course 1 – Do-BeMindful Explorers Programme:
The Do-BeMindful Explorers programme for second level learners (P5-7) involve 8 weeks of fun and engaging lessons as well as regular Mindfulness practices that help children to develop life skills that will benefit their mental health, emotional wellbeing and academic performance.
So what does it mean for your learners?

Course 2 – Do-BeMindful Adventurers Programme:
The Do-BeMindful Adventurers programme for first level learners (P2-4) involve 8 weeks of fun and engaging lessons as well as a daily Mindful breathing practice to encourage children to develop important life skills that will benefit their emotional wellbeing and improve resilience.
NOTE: The Do-BeMindful Foundation Programme must be completed to allow access to the Do-BeMindful Explorers and Adventurers Programmes
