Our Programmes

Do-BeMindful work with education staff because we know that they often go above and beyond in their schools and settings. We empower them to take ownership of their wellbeing through our workshops and evidence-based programmes. We then support staff in improving the social and emotional wellbeing of their pupils with our programmes for early years, primary and secondary pupils.

Over 2000 educators have completed our staff wellbeing programme which aims to help them to find calm in the chaos and manage stress through simple but powerful strategies and mindfulness-based exercises.

“Just as the science shows that it’s the cumulative dose of early adversity that’s most harmful, it also shows that the cumulative dose of healing nurturing interactions is most healing.”

Dr Nadine Burke-Harris

Our children’s programmes help them to recognise emotions, respond skillfully and use simple tools and habits to help them take ownership of their wellbeing.

Lastly, we offer a free programme for parents/carers to give them simple yet powerful strategies to help manage stress and build resilience.

“I would thoroughly recommend the Do-BeMindful Foundation Programme both personally and professionally. The chance to focus my learning on something that has such a huge impact on my own wellbeing has been so important in the current challenging times. As a Head Teacher I have seen the impact Mindfulness has had on staff wellbeing and many staff discussed this as a key aspect of CLPL in their PRDs this year. Give it a try – you will surprise yourself!”

“The Do-BeMindful Resilience-based Recovery Programme has been the most enjoyable, informative and beneficial course that I have ever been on. This course has changed how I look at myself and others. Using the mindful practices that I have learned in this course has dramatically changed both my home life and my work life. I would recommend this course to all but especially to educators.”
