The Do-BeMindful Essentials Programme is for everyone, because everyone can benefit from Mindfulness practice. It is designed as a practical introduction to some essential techniques and requires no prior experience or knowledge of Mindfulness.

 

In this 4 week programme, we’ll help you to explore the simple ways in which you can begin to nurture your own Mindfulness practice and personally experience the health and wellbeing benefits this can bring.

 

Our 4 week programme offers:

  • 4 half hour modules that you’ll work through over 4 weeks (or longer if you prefer).
  • An easy to follow online course accessible via your phone, laptop or tablet.
  • Practical exercises to develop your personal Mindfulness routine.
