Do-BeMindful Foundation for Educators

Do-BeMindful Foundation for Educators

The Do-BeMindful Foundation Programme for educators is a practical introduction to Mindfulness to help you experience the benefits of Mindfulness and learn tools and techniques to improve your life. It will train your brain (and build your ability to be mindful) to help you to manage stress, feel happier, calmer and more connected.

We cannot effectively teach Mindfulness to children if we are not practicing Mindfulness ourselves or Mindfully teaching/parenting. The Do-BeMindful Foundation Programme equips parents and professionals working with children with the theory and practice they’ll need to teach mindfulness in a way that is consistent with modern science, psychology and educational pedagogy.
