Do-BeMindful Ascend Programme:

Ascend is our brand new programme for Year 6 / P7 learners. In this programme we connect Mindfulness learning activities, facilitate learner conversations and encourage peer-to-peer learning to develop a range of important life skills such as curiosity, open-mindedness, imagination and problem-solving – together these help to build emotional resilience.

NOTE: The Do-BeMindful Foundation Programme must be completed to allow access to the Ascend Programme
