The Do-BeMindful Outdoors Programme helps staff and children to develop mindful attributes and effective coping skills whilst creating a deeper connection to and appreciation of nature in a fun and engaging way.

 

The Do-BeMindful Outdoors Programme is a specialist course that builds on our Do-BeMindful Foundation Programme (completion of this is a pre-requisite for entry).

 

Our programme comprises:

  • Three modules: Nature-based Mindfulness, Do-BeMindful Navigators Programme and the Do-BeMindful Pioneers Programme
  • Inspiring videos.
  • Guided exercises for personal wellbeing.
  • Optional resources to take you further.
  • Completion certificates.
