Do-BeMindful Resilience Programme

The Do-BeMindful Resilience Programme is a specialist course that builds on our Do-BeMindful Foundation Programme (completion of this is a pre-requisite for entry).

This programme provides you with the knowledge and understanding needed to nurture a trauma-sensitive classroom.

Our programme comprises:

  • Two modules of 40 minutes each that you’ll work through over 2 weeks (or longer if you prefer).
  • Inspiring videos.
  • Guided exercises for personal wellbeing.
  • Optional resources to take you further.
  • Completion certificate.
  • Whole School Resilience-building activities for children.
